I am committed to helping people become the most beautiful versions of themselves. I have spent the past 20 years working with teens and young adults find passion, solace and a voice to create healthy boundaries in all aspects of their lives. I am a mother of two teens, a life-long learner, and an active Colorado native who enjoys all that our state has to offer. I am a Master Trainer for LivingWorks Education, teaching suicide intervention to community members, educators and police officers.
